Return products

Are you not satisfied with the products you received from us? Then you can return them within 14 days of receiving the goods from us: 

Contact our customer service team at info@roomblush.com to register your return* and provide the withdrawal form. They will give you more information about the return process.

Shipping is at your own expense. The payment we received (excluding any shipping costs) will be refunded no later than 10 working days after we received your package in good order. 

*Items whose plastic wrap, seal, or sticker has been removed or opened cannot be returned and will not be refunded under any circumstances. Products must always be returned in the original, undamaged condition, ready for resale.

Unsure which wallpaper print fits your interior? First order a free sample of your favourite prints and then purchase your wallpaper roll(s). This way, you can test the colour and design in your home and avoid returns. Good for you and the planet ;-)! 

Without proof of dispatch with track & trace code, lost returns will not be refunded.
