I was not at home when my parcel was delivered, what now?
Consult your tracking code that you received in your mailbox to receive the latest updates on your package. After a failed delivery attempt, packages are delivered to a nearby pickup point. Once your package is delivered to the pickup point, you can retrieve the package within 10 days. Always bring a valid ID and your tracking number to pick up your parcel.
If, for any reason, you are unable to pick up the package, it will be returned to our warehouse.
