All orders are carefully packaged and delivered by UPS. Once your package is scanned at the UPS depot, you will receive a ‘track & trace’ code. If your order was delivered when you were not home, you will be notified. If your parcel is not collected, it will be returned to Roomblush. If it has to be sent to the customer again, the latter will be responsible for the shipping fees. Likewise, if an order is returned due to an incorrect delivery address, the costs to resend the package shall be borne by the customer.
