What if you are not satisfied with your order or if your order is damaged?

Since our wallpaper is personalised, so produced specifically for you, it cannot be returned (except in case of a production fault identified within 14 days from the date of purchase, but please note we only accept returns if the foil is still wrapped around the wallpaper). For that same reason, we do not give discounts for this wallpaper. We also recommend that you order a sample before you place an order!
